Organisers are solely responsible for the events they create, including the accuracy of information, safety, and compliance with applicable laws. Attendees agree to follow organiser instructions and act responsibly.
Linkzy does not currently charge platform fees. Payment processors (for example, Stripe) may apply transaction fees. Organisers and attendees must understand and comply with those fees and the payment processor's terms.
Linkzy is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in events, use of the platform, or interactions between users. Users agree to indemnify Linkzy for claims resulting from their actions on the platform.
Users retain ownership of the content they post. By posting on Linkzy, you grant Linkzy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content within the platform and in marketing materials. Users must not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data for platform functionality and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Linkzy may modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or actions that disrupt the platform. Termination does not limit other remedies available to Linkzy.
